Why Oriuum exists
We started selling on Shopify in 2022. Within six months we were running four different tools to manage inventory, three spreadsheets to track COD settlements, and a WhatsApp group for customer support. We had no idea what our real margins were. We had no idea which products were actually profitable.
We looked for a solution built for our market. There wasn't one. Every tool we tried was built for US or European merchants who don't deal with 80% COD orders, PKR billing, local courier integrations, or the reality of running a small team where one person wears five hats.
So we built Oriuum. First for ourselves. Then for a few friends. Then for the 43,000+ Shopify stores in Pakistan who deserve tools that actually understand their market.
